Victor is the VP of
Marketing and Development for HOPE Farm, a local leadership program
guiding at-risk, fatherless boys to become Christ-centered men of
integrity. A military brat, he was born in New York but grew up
overseas in Panama, Central America. After moving to Fort Worth to
finish school at TCU he vowed to move back home as soon as he
graduated...well that was 30 years ago and this city grew on him
and he's never left.
