The Weber's are the founders of Difference Makers 225 which their organization brings different tools to inspire others to be the best version of themselves. With their many years as a husband-and-wife team they have conducted motivational school assemblies, business luncheons, church events, and community outreach.
They also have written 5 motivational self-help books which to make a difference you have to be different was nominated in 2016 for best faith culture book of the year. Their marriage boot camp kit was used as the centerpiece for the movie The Perfect Mate. Their motto is to make a difference you have to be different.
